A $150 deposit is required to secure your slot, which is fully refundable if the issue is verified under warranty or resolved via remote support. If the issue is cosmetic, we will provide a separate quote to resolve it. Cosmetic issues are prioritized lower than functional failures by our AI-dispatch system.
